3. User Responsibility & Authorization to Upload

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right, authority, and permissions to upload any contract or document to the Service.
  • Uploading the document does not violate any confidentiality obligations, NDAs, privacy laws, or third-party rights.
  • You will not upload any document containing unlawful, harmful, or prohibited content.

You remain fully responsible for the content you upload.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

We take privacy and confidentiality seriously. By using the Service, you acknowledge:

  • Documents may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate outputs.
  • These third-party providers do not use data submitted through their API for training models.
  • Documents may be temporarily stored solely for processing and troubleshooting.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time.
  • We do not sell, rent, or market your documents or personal information.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards, including:

  • Encryption in transit
  • Encryption at rest

6. Accuracy & Limitations of AI

AI models may produce:

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy
  • Completeness
  • Reliability
  • Suitability of outputs

You assume full responsibility for verifying results independently.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Upload documents you have no right to share
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that violates privacy or confidentiality obligations

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in and to:

  • The Service
  • Software
  • Models
  • Interface
  • Underlying technology
  • Design and branding

remain the exclusive property of CreatorX Agency (or its licensors). You retain ownership of documents you upload.

9. Service Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability to you. We may also update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree we are not liable for actions or decisions you take based on outputs from the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreatorX Agency and its owners, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your uploaded documents
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including misuse or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

  • Data is used solely to generate analysis for you

4. Data Storage, Retention & Deletion

A. Temporary Processing

Documents may be stored temporarily for generating outputs.

B. Retention

By default, documents may be retained for a short period to improve service reliability (e.g., troubleshooting, reprocessing if needed), unless you opt into automatic deletion.

C. Manual Deletion

You may request deletion of your documents at any time by contacting us at support@creatorx.agency.

D. Automatic Deletion (Optional)

  • Delete after processing
  • Delete after X minutes/hours
  • Delete upon logout

E. Backups

Backups are encrypted and are purged on a regular schedule.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures, including:
